We Don't Cut Corners, We Pour Them
We Don’t Just Pour Concrete. We Custom Tailor to Your Metal Building.
A strong building is only as good as its solid foundation. Here at WolfSteel, we consistently work with local engineers throughout Texas to build foundations that will stand the test of time.
Texas has a BIG problem with unstable clay soils, creating difficulties for foundation engineers. We tailor our foundations based on your specific needs, considering factors like rebar types, concrete strength, slab thickness, and footing design. Different buildings, like Tubular and Red Iron, require different foundation types.
Concrete services offered in select areas and only for our metal building with concrete projects.
Quality is in the Details
What makes WolfSteel concrete unique is our personalized approach to customizing concrete details for your building needs. The #1 problem in the industry is that concrete isn’t poured to the specifications of the metal building which can lead to frustrating leaks under panels, garage doors, and lean-tos. For instance, a door notch detail for a tubular building is not the same for a red iron building. Unfortunately, little to no communication happens between concrete and building contractors.
As a turnkey company, we focus on designing foundations that fit your specific metal building, making our concrete foundation notch detailing effective.
Don't Skip the Prep
When it comes to your Texas metal building do not skip your site preparation.
What is Site Preparation for Metal Buildings?
Site preparation is exactly what it seems… Preparing a site for the construction of a building through various steps. Site Prep is essential in having a lasting foundation and can save you from any headaches down the line.
The specific steps involved in the preparation can vary depending on the metal building size, type, and the local regulations.
Site preparation costs can only be determined after assessing your site.
Why Site Preparation Matters?
Site Prep makes sure that the ground beneath your foundation and building is stable and secure. Without proper site prep, even the strongest building can face significant problems that lead to costly repairs.
