Revamping Industry Standards

Wolfsteel knocked it out of the park with our building. The communication with updates and next steps were smooth. Schedule pushed a little due to weather, but to be expected here in Texas. We love our big barn/workshop. Only regret, should have gone bigger!!!

The experience with Wolf steel was great. Just make sure you do your research find out what your codes are in your area work with their team on what the concrete needs are and expect that things are gonna be a little bit more costly if you make changes or have requirements in your local government that need to be implied. Permits didn’t cost all that much, but they did take a full day of going back-and-forth with the city. The concrete we did through a friend and to meet the requirements and have the drawings and meet the city specs took some trial and error. Once construction started, they were done within about two days. There were a few things that had to get re-ordered and I had to wait on spray foam, but there were no real problems with any of it. I would definitely use them again, especially if I was getting an ADU additional dwelling unit. I will just know what to budget know how long it’ll take.

The metal building is exactly what I wanted. A place that looks good to store stuff so it won't get dirty or wet. Spray foam and garage door and windows do a nice job of keeping out insects and dust and not letting it turn into an oven in the texas heat. Everyone at wolf steel was friendly and professional. They add weather stripping to garage door that keeps out dust from the strong southerly winds. The spray foam encapsulates the building from floor to ceiling keeping out insects and rodents. The high window over the garage door lights up the building but doesn't heat up the inside during summer.

WolfSteel did a wonderful job with our 30x40 shop. Weekly updates, reasonable pricing and excellent craftsmanship. Argenis was the best. He was so patient with us throughout the design process. Much appreciated.

WolfSteel Buildings was such a great company to work with for my metal building. They handled everything from the planning, concrete foundation, the building itself and installing doors and finishing touches. They also offer additional services such as floor coatings or insulation. The building itself is great quality and exactly what I wanted and a bit nicer than I realized. They have many color options so that was great. I did a 30ft x 70ft and if I ever need to expand into another building, I’ll reach out to them without hesitation.

Appreciate how these guys worked with me through a few changes and kept good communication and flexibility throughout the process.

In all honesty; this has been the best experience I have ever had with any company. The entire staff was patient and incredibly thoughtful throughout the process. I watched as a life long dream came to reality. Every stage of the process; Ordering-Planning- Fabrication and Installation all came together perfectly. If I could; I would do it all over again without hesitation.

I enjoyed working with everyone at Wolf. I live near the office and stopped in a few times to meet the team. Great group of people.I recommend Wolf Steel to anyone that might ask.

Very effective customer interface. All timelines were met and the series of stages managed professionally.

Review Date: Sept. 1, 2026 Based upon my experience I would think twice about using Wolf Steel Buildings, Ft. Worth, TX I was asked to review Wolf Steel Buildings before any construction had begun. It is my 'personal opinion' that they ask all of their customers to review Wolf Steel before any work has started. I felt good about the sales process and the follow-up discussions. Seemed to be a good group. If I had it to do again I would request a contract that was 'performance based' on a time-line with penalties for noncompliance. I did make a change early on by increasing the size from a 30'x40' to a 30' wide with a 6' covered 'patio' on one side and extending the length from 40' to a 50' with the roof extending over it. This change had to go back to their engineering department - took about a month to update. My building was completed a full year after signing the agreement. Agreement (contract ) was signed on 08/13/2025. Completion date - building was completed on July/Aug. 2026. The floor drain was done improperly and I am still waiting for it to be corrected. It is now Sept. 2026. I will say this ' everyone there is very courteous and polite.

The attention to detail by the concrete team was sensational. Walking around and wiping dust off my doors was appreciated. The electrical team listened to what I wanted and offered suggestions I had not considered. The communication throughout the entire project was excellent. I knew exactly what was going to happen and when. I would highly recommend

This might be the hardest review I have made yet. Bear with me because this is a good one that you should really read. Project started January 2026. Project was finished August 2026. That does seem like a long time, but I can tell you I’m 100% satisfied. Not a corner missed. It’s actually perfect. I know that sounds crazy, but it is actually perfect. Throughout did I think it would meet my expectations, absolutely not. It was a little bit of a rough ride, but I can tell you, it will be beyond what you expect.. Started out with Juan the concrete specialist. All I can say is wow! This guy is amazing! 7 concrete trucks to finish my job. If you don’t know, that is a lot of concrete. It was absolutely perfect. Building guys come out and they were fantastic. Next was the gutter guys. The job was good but they were absolute trash. I would never higher them to do my gutters. Best word I can say for them is, lazy! Next came the electric guys. Impressive! Those guys made it look absolutely easy. Their work was so good, I almost negated the spray foam because I didn’t want to cover up the work they did. On point and if I could give over 100% rating them and the concrete guy Juan would get it! Final touch, spray foam. Wow, what a disaster. Absolutely horrible. These guys are absolute trash. I wouldn’t hire them to spray kids noodle spray foam. They eventually fixed it but Wolf Steele is still dealing with their disastrous job. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Wolf Steel! I wouldn’t recommend Jorge as your salesman. Not sure why he has a job. Now Athena, is amazing. Athena worked tirelessly to make sure we were taken care of. Honestly, not sure who Art is but he will come at the end, my honest opinion, not sure what he does. Then comes James. All I can say about James is, the man is absolutely extraordinary! Whenever you need to make something right, you call James! James is the magic man! When James speaks, it’s obvious people listen. All that said, I could tell you this was a horrible experience, but I can’t say that. I’m beyond satisfied with my building. 90% of the contractors are the best. Except the spray foam guy, I can’t tell you how bad he really was. I met one person from Wolf Steel personally and it was James. This guy came out of the clouds and made everything right. He is personable and knows exactly what you want and need. Personally, he is a great person too. Very family friendly. Yes my project took 8 months to build, but when I say it’s right, it’s 100% right! Beyond my expectations. All the issues I had, I will not allow anyone build me anything outside of Wolf Steel. It’s all because of James and the fantastic contractors they have (well outside the spray foam crew) James will fix that I’m sure. I’m beyond happy! They stick behind their product and go above and beyond. Yes, I could bring a negative review to them, but I can’t tell tell you I’m super super happy with my building! Thank you James! Wolf Steel customer for life! They actively listen to your concerns!

I recently had a 30x40 workshop erected by Wolf Steel. I started my research in January looking at the website, got lots of ideas from it. I guess what most satisfying about the project was the process flow and all the support I received from Wolf employees, everyone I had contact with made sure thing got accomplished as I planned. My building is a combination workshop and happy place next to a pool. Thanks again to Israel, Emmer, Ivan, Shiza, Ruby, Paulo and to the entire company. Very satisfied on the value and cost. TT
