When I first started this project, I was with a different company that ended up ghosting me after I paid my deposit. That said, I went into this project with a negative view on metal building companies. WolfSteel came as a recommendation from a long-time business associate. I was still skeptical, but the staff (pack) quickly changed my outlook. My initial introduction to WolfSteel was Rodrigo. Admittedly, I’m not good with salespeople, but Rigo was not like any sales person I'd delt with before. He was patient, never tried to use any high-pressure sales tactics, and was never pushy. He told it like it was and explained in detail so I could understand it. I was then passed over to Emmer for the design phase. What a task the design group has! So many options, so many decisions, so many changes, and each time, Emmer rolled with it. At no time did I ever feel hurried or I like I was being a bother with questions or changes. After that, on to Paulo for the build. He communicated well and kept me up to date on the progress. This was the longest and hardest phase...waiting. He's also the one that took most of my money! Rigo took some, but Paulo really started to empty my wallet. Shiza popped in a couple times to invite me to take a survey and enticed me with a chance to win back some of the cash Paulo took. No such luck, though! After the building components were completed, I was off to Reyma for scheduling. This is when the process got exciting. Weeks and weeks of working with the others was going to pay off soon with my brand new building. Reyma was communicative, thorough and excellent at what she does. I wanted to be present when the installers put up the building and luckily, Reyma was able to make all the schedules match up. She took the rest of my money! Mark and Hector also popped in to help on a few items as well. The installers were amazing. While I didn't interact much with them and don't know their names, I sure had the opportunity to watch them. The care and craftsmanship that went into the build was impressive. Four days from nothing to this amazing structure! The last piece was the rain gutter installers. End results were outstanding! The entire process was a piece of cake. There were a few things, I initially viewed as a problem or an issue, the WolfSteel Pack saw it as an opportunity to satisfy or "wow" a customer. And each and every person I worked with along the way did just that. There isn't a contractor out there that could hold a candle to WolfSteel Buildings. The customer service was above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined, and remember, I went into this project with a dark cloud over me after being burned for several thousand dollars. Bravo, WolfSteel!!!
