Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. WolfSteel Buildings charges a minimal fee of $350 to handle your permit. This does not include the permitting and plan fees as well as other fees incurred as we process permits.
Yes, each HOA/POA may have their own architectural control committee to handle and review approvals for construction requests. Check if they allow the following:
- Are metal buildings allowed on your property?
- Is masonry required?

You may also provide us your HOA/POA contact to obtain the requirements to prevent any miscommunication.
Other fees may include engineering plans, soil tests, and surveys. These fees are separate from the permit fee itself. The permitting offices receive these fees and not WolfSteel Buildings.

You may decide not to pull a permit, but you must sign a permit waiver. This waiver acknowledges that you will not hold WolfSteel Buildings liable for any issues or additional penalties that may arise from constructing without a permit.
Note: The permit waiver must also be signed if you decide to handle your own permit unless you provide us a “proof of permit” with all the requirements provided by your city/county.
